Are you a safe, reliable, and customer-focused driver looking for an opportunity at Auckland Airport?

We’re looking for friendly and professional Shuttle Drivers to join a busy airport operations team. You’ll be responsible for safely transporting passengers and/or airport staff between designated locations while providing a welcoming and professional service.

• Key Responsibilities
• Safely transport passengers and/or staff between designated airport locations
• Operate shuttle vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Assist passengers with luggage where required
• Complete vehicle safety checks before and during shifts
• Follow all airport, company, and health & safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and airport teams
• Report any vehicle faults, incidents, or operational issues promptly
• Assist passengers with questions and provide clear directions when required
• Work efficiently to maintain shuttle schedules and minimise passenger wait times

Requirements

• Full NZ Class 1 Driver Licence
• Clean and safe driving history preferred
• Reliable transport to and from Auckland Airport
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Previous driving, transport, customer service, or airport experience is advantageous but not essential
• Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
• Must be able to successfully complete required background and pre-employment checks
• Airport security clearance may be required
