We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Services Attendant to join our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
Be a visible and approachable point of contact within the hotel lobby.
Assist with guest luggage, including transferring, storing, and handling items safely.
Park and retrieve guest vehicles as required.
Respond to guest requests promptly, professionally, and courteously.
Provide directions, local area information, and transportation assistance.
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken English.
Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles is preferred.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and day or night shifts.
Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 30kg.
Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
